Yakutsk is an island in the North Blue, known as “The Coldest Island in The World” and is the base of operations for Dupree Dahlia as the North Army Commander for the Revolutionary Army.

Yakutsk is a winter island located to the upper most region of the North Blue Sea. While most islands in this sea are extremely cold by nature, Yakutsk takes this to the extreme. Known throughout the world as its coldest island, only the strongest survive in this region’s frigid climate. Capable of freezing those who lack the proper physical characteristics to withstand the cold in their tracks, to many the island is completely inhospitable but Dahlia calls this place home. Its harsh climate makes it difficult to invade, making it perfect for as the base of operations for the Northern members of the Revolutionary Army.
