The Victoriam is a massive luxury Hotel and Casino sailing within the territory of the Legion Pirates, founded by Baal, the casino acts to create revenue for the Legion pirates to aid them in their conquest of the New World.

The Victoriam is a massive luxury cruise ship which sails around the waters near the island of Dressrosa, under the control and authority of the Legion Pirates the ship was founded by one of it's member's, Baal. The floating hotel and casino were created to cater to the rich and powerful alike, providing them with accommodations and entertainment for extended periods of time as they cruise around the territory of the Legion Pirates and in turn the profits made from its guests are used to fund the Legion Pirates and maintaining their headquarters on Dressrosa.
