The Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Tianlong is a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to transforn into a Human-Beast or Full form of the Heavenly Dragon "Tianlong".

Strengths and Weaknesses[]
The Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Tianlong is a Mythical Zoan-type Devil fruit that allows the user to transform into a hybrid or full form of the mythical heavenly dragon: Tianlong.
By transforming into her full Tianlong form Sumire takes the shape of a several kilometer long three clawed Eastern dragon with grey scales along her back and white scales along her neck and belly. These scales are thick and durable, capable of shrugging off powerful blows and completely negate low grade meito. A massive body allows her to cause considerable enviornmental damage by simply using her mass to crash into and thrash around people and objects.
Like all Eastern Dragon mythical zoans, Tianlong is incapable of natural flight. However, due to their ability to create flame clouds, Tianlong can simulate flight by riding and using these clouds as stepping stones. It should be noted however that these flames clouds are not hot and are incapable of burning anyone or anything.
Tianlong's Mythical ability is Divine Breath (神の息吹, Kami no Ibuki) which allows Sumire to breath out emerald colored flames that heal and rejuvanate any living being engulfed within them. These flames stick to those who have been engulfed within them, creating a cloak of green flames around them to heal over time. The limits of this healing are not only external but internal as well, capable of healing ruptured or penetrated organs. A secondary effect of this flame cloak is that temporarily grants a large boost in the stamina of the person cloaked within it. Acting like a sugar or caffine rush, once the flames that cloak the target fade away their stamina will fall back to their original levels which can feel like a crash depending on how tired or worn out they might have been beforehand.
The cloak of healing flames only lasts about ten minutes, during which time the user will quickly heal from whatever injuries they had recieved, the limit of this being that it is incapable of regenerating lost limbs. Severe damage can be regenerated but complete loss will not see the limb or organ reformed. By the time the ten minute limit of this flame cloak is up all physical damage done to a target will be healed, should all damage have been healed before the flames fade away any additional damage recieved during whatever remains of the time the flame cloak has left will be healed as the damage is recieved.
