"Tiger" Tsume Toro is a rookie pirate who had just started his journey on becoming a infamous pirate with the pride and determination of a tiger.
Appearance[]
Toro's stature is simply average. Standing at a height of 172cm and weighing in at 67kg, he doesn't appear to be very special or intimidating. His hair is jet black, but could possibly even appear much darker to many, and his hair is always messy, almost similar to someone who had just woken up from their sleep. What stands out most about Toro's appearance is his eyes, as they shine brightly red, similar to blood having light shined directly onto it.
He always wears clothing that stands out as he loves the attention. There's never always a specific on what he can be described as wearing.. more of what he will wear next.
He never wears shoes which is what makes it easier to distinguish who he is. He never liked the feeling of wearing something on his feet, as he loves to feel the earth beneath him.

Toro is a VERY ambitious person. He sets his goals and will never stop till he meets them. But not only is he ambitious, he's also very stubborn. Being a weird little guy, he's very obviously stubborn when it comes to the choices at hand. He will pick the choice that stands out to him most, even if others think its deadly, or stupid. Toro lives on the wild side of life, the end of the seat, and he goes head first into almost everything.
Toro always tells people who question why he's so stupid and runs into almost every battle, but he always simply replies with Yolo., followed up with the devils horn hand sign. He might be like this because of something in his past.. or maybe he was just born this way.
Toro revolves his personality about getting stronger. All he thinks about is getting stronger and stronger because of his father. Although there isn't much story or information about Toro's father, we can safely say he must've been someone strong and as passionate as Toro is in strength.

Physical Abilities[]
Toro's physical abilities is what makes Toro stand out the most. He excels in speed and agility. Its almost like he's in multiple places at once. Some have even called him Speed Freak because of it. Matched with his speed, is his inhumane agility. In many acts, Toro has shown to be climbing the walls like a spider, as his grip strength is impeccable. Not only that, his reflexes are almost like he can see into the future.
Although Toro doesn't appear very strong to many, in fact he has little to no upper body muscle, what stands out most is his legs. Toro has somewhat buff or meaty legs, starting from his quads, down to even his ankles, his legs overshadow his upper body strength. Being kicked at such speed from Toro could feel almost like a sledgehammer.
Moreover, Toro has incredible stamina, which explains why he's always hyperactive. There's never a time where Toro isn't looking for a fight. Toro sleeps only 4 hours each night because of how hyper he is. It is unsure as to why as of now.
And last but not least, Toro's durability. Due to his small stature you can't really expect Toro to have the durability of a dragon. And of course, he doesn't even have the endurance of a Fleet Admiral Ship. His durability is said to be much more than the average human, but no more than that. There are instances where he has been able to show his durability, and tank strong attacks from opponents much larger than him, and still fight like how he normally does.
Intelligence[]
Toro's personality just screams stupidity. He's the type of person to run head first into any situation and to do things that just sound right to him without even revising over each option he has. But don't be fooled, since Toro's Intelligence is surprisingly high. From what we know of Toro's past, Toro was the smartest ones among his peers, and was considered to have a gift. Many of people would come to Toro, including adults to ask for help with many of things.
Of course, Toro being the way he is, grew annoyed of it and started to live on the edge (as he would say). Maybe the reason he goes head first into everything is because he already analyzed what could be the outcome in a matter of minutes.. maybe seconds? But who knows, since as of now there isn't very further knowledge on what Toro's capable of knowing in terms of his intelligence.

Although it is unsure as to what Toro's form of fighting is as of now. It could be hinted to something involving his speed and dexterity, over his strength. Maybe it could be something with his legs and feet too. There is no further knowledge as to this, besides Toro not possessing any devil fruit as of now.
