TERROR is a chemical gas that after being inhaled targets the brain. Focusing on the amygdala, where it stimulates that portion of the brain, agitating it into overstimulation to forcefully bring forth an overabundance of fear. Once done, it affects the optical nerves of the victim, forcing their perception to be warped and having them hallucinate into seeing their worst nightmares taken form.
