Soldrum also know as Kirouma, was a Marine Commodore who leaded Branch 36 in the first half of the Grand Line.
His main job in the Marines was to act as a shield; he was usually sent on protection missions as opposed to hunting down pirates. His only dream was to become a true shield for the weak, and to achieve this goal, he would've crush any pirate.

Soldrum was a large pale skin man, with long rough blond hair, red sharp eyes and a robust body. Soldrums body was marked with nurmaris scars, that stand as a history of all the tough battles he had fought.

When it comes to what a marine should be, Soldrum believes that anyone who dawns the symbol should be those who are willing to give everything in the service of the innocent, and any marine who would sacrifice an innocent life for justice was not a true marine. His strong morals make him a strong follower of Protective Justice.
Soldrum has a deeply caring nature that extends to every innocent citizen of the world. Soldrum values the lives of those he swore to protect above his own, to the point where he will hold back his strength in a fight in order to not endanger civilians.
Along with a love for people and their well being, Soldrum has an equal love for music. Whenever he finds himself without a misson or on a long journey, he and his branch throw huge parties filled with music and dancing.

Drumming Kenpo[]

The main style of Soldrum was one in which he strikes a target with his open palm like a drum. He created the style to help harness the destructive power of the Gura, allowing him to use its power without hurting the people around him. Drumming Kenpo focuses on effecting the inner body rather than the outer; in effect, it shares some of the same properties as Fish-Man Karate.
Rokushiki[]

Soldrum has trained in the arts of Rokushiki like any other high-ranking marine. While Rokushiki was not part of his main style of fighting, he has become well-adapted to its uses, and a few of the techniques are part of his main fighting style. Soldrum was most skilled with Tekkai, which he uses to enhance his defence when taking fire from canons to protect civilians. His Tekkai technique was one of the best in the Marines, being able to harden his body incredibly quickly and increase his already formidable toughness into something harder than steel.
Devil Fruit[]

Soldrum ate the Gura Gura no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to create powerful vibrations and shockwaves. This power was considered to be the strongest Devil Fruit power within the Paramecia class. According to a former fleet admiral, this fruit had the power to destroy the world.
Soldrum's main use of his destructive capacity was to mix its power into his drum-like strikes to attack the inner workings of his targets. However, when Soldrum finds himself in a situation where he was alone with his opposition, he will choose to deploy his fruit to its maximum and letting lose powerful strikes that can destroy the island hes on.
