Silk Eel is a weaponized Silk Dancing Ribbon that serves as the main gadget of Joive Blythe. Jovie modified the original dancing prop to fiction as a whip with an external motor that is worn on the waistband of her shorts. Jovie is currently on her first prototype and seeks to innovate the tool as time goes on.

Using a thin metal wire that run through the multi-colored tool, Jovie can run power through her ribbon. The power is sourced through a motor she wears. This motor serves two functions allowing the clown to shock opponents and repel off structures.
- Shock: The portable motor is winded up and dissipates an electric charge through the weapon allowing for zaps that induce temporary paralysis or stings.
- Winch: The portable motor is winded up and uses it's stored energy to power a winch the pulls the ribbon together, Pulling Jovie towards something if the ribbon is latched to something grounded.
Techniques[]
- Sky Dance: Using the winch function of her tool, Jovie can zip through the air in short bursts as she grapples unto terrain and is flung foward.
