Shock Palm, or is a martial art developed by the World Government during the War of Empires as a counter to the electrical attacks utilized by the Mink Tribe members of the Animal Kingdom.
Overview[]
Shock Palm, being created as a direct counter to the Mink's electric abilities, allows users to slap away electrical based attacks. The skill can be applied to other electricity based attacks, allowing it to become a very useful tool to whoever decides to learn it. It functions by taking a flat hand and slapping away the electricity, preventing it from reaching the desired target.
The style itself comes with a slew of risks, and performing it incorrectly could lead to fatal injuries. As such, when used by less experienced people, it is typically used in tandem with rubber gloves or other equipment to increase its chances of working properly.
