Romero Trixie is a Marine Officer under the rank of . Having grown up alongside disadvantaged outcasts in Loguetown, she found solace in the weird, grim and the downright horrifying. She aims to climb the ranks of the Marines in order to have more of an influence over protecting the 'freaks' of the world and to focus on prevention and reformation of criminals, but also, more selfishly, just to have the power to scare people more.
Unlike many of her comrades, she has no particular desire to become Fleet Admiral because the recognition would make her nauseous. Instead, she intends on ascending the ranks merely in order to gain influence to pursue her goal of changing society to allow equal opportunities those who suffer the most in the world.
Appearance[]
Trixie's most prominent feature is the huge Pumpkin Head and purple witch hat that she dons that she is never seen without, leaving her hair and facial features completely obscured. In lieu of wearing the typical Marine Uniform, she wears a frilly purple and pink gothic lolita minidress, with a prominent red ribbon around her neck with a small skull at the center, and beneath her tall, pink belt-covered boots that cut off just beneath her knees, she has white and purple striped stockings that stop just beneath her thighs. Finally, on her shoulders, she wears a slightly modified Marine Coat with the blue accents dyed pink, though keeping the iconic kanji for "Justice" (正義 Seigi) on the back. The little skin she shows remains pale and pallid.

Personality[]
“ | IYAHAHAHA! The night is young, and so are we! | ” |
—Trixie |
Trixie is playfulness, high-energy, and mischievousness personified in one little package. She's always eager to joke around and have fun not in spite of her role as a Marine, but instead in tandem with it, still taking her work incredibly seriously despite her laissez-faire demeanour. She finds joy in pulling pranks, scaring people, and fawns over things that most would deem macabre. Consequently, she holds a disdain for conventional beauty standards, seeming them 'boring' and 'not worth her time.'
Trixie also hates romance and romance related stories, and as a result, her least favourite type of people are perverts, flirts and playboys. She's has, on numerous occasions, been reprimanded for violent threats and demands to 'kill theirselves' to any of her colleagues or even civillians who fall under this umbrella. Ironically, she's a bit of a fangirl of the Legendary Soul King.
Despite her sadistic and eccentric tendencies, Trixie feels a conflict against her goal to protect the disadvantaged and having to, on occasions, capture the same kind of people she swears to protect because of their opposing sides. She holds no hatred for these people, and genuinely hopes they can be reformed and no longer have to rely on piracy. Don't mention her kind streak to her face though - she'll chop you into pieces if you talk about it without any hesitation. Because of her natural affinity to the horrific and the gruesome, being praised as a hero or anything similar makes her irritated, so as a result, she avoids receiving any public recognition or praise for her deeds.

When asked about her History, Trixie remains evasive, never giving a solid answer and always spinning dramatic, jokey stories about her past. Her earliest origins date back to an orphanage in the South Blue where, in an act of sisterhood with her closest friend by giving eachother new names, took on the name Trixie. What remains confirmed is that she one day appeared in Loguetown as a child and was taken in by a group of impoverished outcasts including her adoptive mother, and years later, she appeared as an apprentice, eagerly training to be a part of the Marines.
