Roxanne Reed is a young Shipwright and Blacksmith hailing from the Dressrosa. She's known as somewhat of a prodigy when it comes to ships and weapons. She operates out of her two workshops; The Vulcan Hearth in Skypiea, and The Vulcan Vearth in Jaya. She is the shipwright of the Gryphon Pirates, where she serves under her captain Caelum Liutas.
After consuming the Netsu Netsu no Mi early on in her life, Roxanne became a High-Heat Human (高熱人間, Kōnetsu Ningen). The ability to heat metal and withstand scorching temperatures has enabled her to become a very seasoned metalworker. Often boasting how she can 'fix anything' if given enough time.

If you hear anything about Roxanne before meeting her, it will likely be about her huge personality. She's loud, stubborn, and endlessly enthusiastic when it comes to helping others. Roxie's sunny demeanor is a result of her working through her frustrations in the forge, although she is known to bottle up her emotions at times.
In the past, Roxanne had an incredibly volatile temper. When it bubbled over, everything in the vicinity was sure to melt away. Through metalworking and her other hobbies, she has learned to control it and keep it to a minimum. It mostly embarrasses her to hear about it today.

The people of Skypiea value Roxie as an accomplished and levelheaded builder who has participated and led many projects across the island, and she is very prideful of her work and community. She's very people oriented, and cares greatly for her friends.
Caesarion[]
Roxanne grew up in Dressrosa, and by a chance encounter befriended it's crown prince Caesarion at a very young age. The two shared an interesting relationship, becoming quite close over the years. Roxanne's tomboyish nature and volatile temper caused them to have a very chaotic friendship, always at odds and scrapping at every opportunity. Despite what she may say, Roxanne cares much for Caesarion and considers him her closest friend.
With their roughhousing the two injured each other in their youth a million times over, Caesarion incidentally being the reason for Roxanne's right eyepatch.
