R-01 (ら - ああ一つ Ra-Ā Hitotsu?) is a Marine Base on the Grand Line, specifically in New World. It is unique in comparison to other Marine Bases in that the existence of it is kept as a secret only available to high-ranking marines. It is the holding place for one of the four Road Poneglyphs. It is located near G-1.
