Prospero Gatsby is the Head Anchor of CP6 and is the main person in charge of how information gets delivered between the World Government and Marine facilities; he also acts as the government's main investigator involving leaks. Like all members of CP6, he is allowed to kill anyone deemed to be sharing "too much info."

Gatsby is someone who's an "information freak." He loves collecting information from his peers and usually gets the information by stalking or spying on anyone that catches his interest. This attribute has made him quite maniacal, as he often has no respect for privacy and personal space. Despite this, he means no harm to those that work underhim.
His obsession with information has made him attend various pirate events as a pastime to collect information from those he deems interesting. He is quite cunning and knows his strengths, which is why he avoids picking fights with people he knows he has no chance of beating unless provoked and is left with no other choice.
