Specter has a impressive range of knowledge about Rokushiki. Often combining it with his devil fruit to enhance the effectiveness of techniques.[2]
- Shigan Drill (シガンドリル, Shigan Doriru)[2] Forming a layer of freezing ectoplasm in the shape of a cone around his finger. Then utilizing more of the substance to completely solidify it. A sharp cone of ice forms on Specters index finger. Which begins to spin thanks to a layer of ectoplasm between it and his skin that causes it to move. Haki can also be applied in order to make the move much more devastating.
- Ice Pistol (アイスピストル, Aisu Pisutoru)[3] An extension of the prior technique, rather than utilizing Shigan Drill as a close-range melee attack. Through the use of an ordinary Shigan strike on air. The cone of ice can be launched at extreme velocities to strike an opponent from afar.
