Perzsike Silas also known by the epithet Kuroryu or "Black Dragon" is a member of the noble Perzsike family hailing from Crucible Kingdom. Joining the marines at a young age Silas hoped that through the power and influence he would gain as a marine that he would be able to help make the world a better place.
Seemingly having lost his way at some point he would become known for his All Consuming Justice, becoming a feared and perhaps even hated man as he would quite literally devour anything that might be a threat to the world government.
Silas consumed the Paku Paku no Mi, making him a Devouring Human (くいあらす人間, Kuiarasu Ningen).

Over his many years as a marine, Silas would undergo many painful and horrific genetic and cybernetic modifications that have altered his body in a vartiety of irreversable ways, most noteably his height, extended limbs as a result of his genetic modifications have left him stronger and faster than what his human body could have ever hoped to achieve. A marvel of scientific progress in the eyes of the Marine Science Division and a horror to those that had known him before undergoing the experiments.

Devil Fruit[]

The Paku Paku no Mi is a Paramecia-type devil fruit that transforms the mouth of the user into a blackhole which in turn allows them to devour anything and everything around them. By simply opening their mouth and activating their devil fruit ability the user's mouth will become a black hole that sucks in objects, elements, and even people nearby making it a highly destructive fruit to the environment it is used in. The most noteable ability of this fruit is its power to draw in elements and consume them without harming the user, making it particularly useful against substance producing fruits and Logia.
"Everything" of course being a relative term as the user is not capable of consuming large amounts of water nor can they consume sea stone. Consuming large amounts of water will make the user sick meaning that though objects seem to disappear after being consumed wherever they go is in some way still connected to the body enough that the effects of water can still be felt however little through consuming it in large quantities. Sea stone simply not being consumed whatsoever as though the power of the devil fruit is rejecting it.
Much like every devil fruit the user of the Paku Paku no Mi's primary weakness is water which when submerged will weaken the devil fruit user.
