Over the past decade, Thieron has expanded his connection network in the Underworld to acquire weapons and other items to achieve one of his goals; This one being to turn this nation into an unstoppable military force that would be able to stand their own against the World Government's forces.

Organization[]
Overview[]
The Pantheon Pirates are a massive organization; an army of several thousand soldiers organized along simple yet strict hierarchical lines, effectively able to operate as a massive fleet. Kairos Thieron, as the Admiral (提督 Teitoku?, English version: "Supreme Commander"), holds complete dominance over everyone. Directly below him are his five All-Stars (大看板 Ōkanban?), to whom a large number of second-ranking officers (the Behemoths) answer. The latter are spearheaded by a select few: the Ten Colossi, who are the strongest among them. Below them all is the last division of the crew, and presumably the one with the most soldiers: the Goliaths.
To bolster his ranks, Thieron is always on the lookout for strong new fighters to recruit, showing a particular interest in pirate captains from the New World. To procure recruits, Thieron is not above sending subordinates to deliver the message to the desired candidate, or even going to meet them in person, although this only happens in very rare cases. On the other side of the coin, the Admiral is also not averse to using the hard way to recruit coveted elements, who would see their respective crews completely swallowed up in the tyrant's; of these, those who join without creating a ruckus are gladly accepted, but on the contrary, those who resist will be captured and tortured until they, too, submit.
Unlike the majority of other crews, a sizeable proportion of Titan Pirates members have just the title of member. This implies that many of them are members by title only, acting almost entirely on their own, with some even being affiliated with other factions. Of these members, the majority are pirate captains continuing their activities on their own, but under the banner of the Titan Pirates. But there are also personalities from the Underworld, such as brokers and assassins. There even are members affiliated, or rather infiltrated, into other crews or factions in their own right, acting as spies for the gigantic fleet.
Crew Structure[]
All-Stars[]
The All-Stars (大看板 Ōkanban?) are the crew's top executives, second only to Thieron himself in rank, authority, and battle prowess, and serve as Thieron's closest confidants and protectors. Although there were originally five All-Stars, one of them was lost in battle during the War of the Empires, leaving only four All-Stars behind. The four men currently occupying this rank -Ichimura Kogeru, Kaza, Kairos Khan and Kairos Andromeda- are often referred to as the Kaiju (怪獣 Kaijū?, English version: Strange Beasts) due to their extraordinary power and strange, exceptional abilities. To name but one, Kogeru is known as the "Flaming Bird” because of his mastery of Foxfire Style, enabling him to generate and use fire at will when wielding a sword, as well as his fruit, a Mythical Zoan.
In terms of combat ability, the All-Stars have proven themselves very fearsome: Kaza, for example, has a horrifying reputation because of his robotic abilities, but also because of his devil fruit, which is among the most destructive in its class. In keeping with their status and strength, the four have incredibly high bounties. Also, all are Devil Fruit users, giving them a wider range of defensive and offensive options in combat. And finally, all are capable of using Haki.
Although Kaza is a human-cyborg, the other three All-Stars are human. Like Thieron himself, the All-Stars are noted for their size, dwarfing the average human.
As senior officers, the All-Stars have missions of pivotal importance. Firstly, their role is to protect the crew's main territory, each assigned to a distinct region, both in the presence and absence of the captain. In their region, they are responsible for ensuring the order of things, calming any overflow would take place and neutralizing disruptive individuals or unwelcome intruders. Secondly, they have the task of accompanying the captain in his travels. Whether it’s business travel or battles, Thieron always brings two or more with him, leaving the other two All-Stars in charge to protect the territory during his absence. But, they do not just take orders, because they have almost total dominance over anyone occupying a lower rank. They are even able to request the admission of a member to the crew, or to assign members to tasks, with the agreement of the Admiral of course.
