Pannacotta Vivian is a woman hailing from a small island within the New World, experiencing a rough childhood filled with pain and misery under the rule of pirates and a deadly hereditary disease that claimed her own mother at a young age, Vivian thought she'd be able to live what remained of her short life in luxury after winning a great sum of beri gambling aboard Gran Tesoro.
However, Vivian would find herself kidnapped by Gran Tesoro's own and chief scientist Takara Botan, where she spent several years under his knife subject to many unspeakable experiments. Through means not fully known to her, Botan would manage to cure the disease that was shortening her life and during Artair's raid on the island ship she would manage to escape.
Even with new freedom and a now a long life ahead of her, Vivian's luck would not remain steadfast as she was quickly captured one of her many former crews, having wronged them years ago after stealing a Devil Fruit from them.
Sold into slavery to the head of the Lucky Syndicate, Vivian, with her sharp mind and powerful Devil fruit would find herself Consigliere of the family, advisor to their Boss.
Vivian has consumed the Puru Puru no Mi, making her a Pulling Human (曳々人間, Eiei-Ningen).
