New Dawn Asylum is a prison built around the motto "rehabilitation over punishment", The place focuses on taking in the most troubled prisoners and reforming them. It is located early in paradise. Affiliated with the World Government and the Marines, by extension. it only houses up to 500 prisoners.

New Dawn has several offices where its staff members can work in the center, with the cellblocks attached by a floating bridge. The outskirts hold many areas for the inmate to enjoy and work. Like gardens and meditation areas.

Levels[]

Level 1 (Foundation)[]

This is the lowest level where everyone starts, this level focuses on dangerous behaviors and tendencies. Prisoners are introduced to basic education, meditation, and psychological evaluation which is overseen by the chief of Security.

Level 2 (Reflection)[]

This level focuses on prisoners learning conflict resolution skills and developing empathy as they start to reflect on their actions. Prisoners are given privileges like access to the small garden area and the library.

Level 3 (Reformation)[]

This level focuses on prisoners relearning useful skills for rejoining the workforce. prisoners are given the chance to take on work or study programs, which range from farming to stuff like shipbuilding.

Level 4 (Restoration)[]

this level focuses on prisoners rebuilding their trust in society by teaching them communication and relationship skills. Prisoners are given a chance to ask for forgiveness from the victims (or representatives of such victims).

Level 5 (Reintegration)[]

This is the final level before release, Prisoners take part in simulated environments where they are tested on their ability to function in society. Prisoners can work in jobs, handle money, and engage with people in supervised scenarios. then soon meet with the warden for the last psychological evaluation.
