Mori Zakki[1] is a mysterious figure who currently resides in the New World. Being born in Wano Country and occasionally acting as a member of the Jigoku Family. She often partakes in assassination work or espionage. She is a gun for hire, with her services being available to anyone in the underworld. Having a vast array of tools and devices to aid in her work. From whom she gets these tools is unknown.
While little is known about her, she has gained the epithet of simply Red Dress(レッド・ドレス, Reddo Doresu). Since that is her most defining feature. Currently her name is known by no one but herself. Only going by her epithet or an alias, having a countless number of false identities which have been acquired over the years.
Appearance[]
Zakki typically has short, dark blue hair. The shade being its natural pigment. With a set of fake horns worn for accessory and purpose. Gifted from birth with a beautiful face and body. Two attributes she is not against using to her advantage. With crimson-red eyes to match her common attire.
A red dress allows versatility and style. Outlined with gold and white accents. While not completely keeping her covered. She has black clothing under it that does. While also allowing easy concealment of anything she might need for her exploits. Often, at times keeping a pistol strapped to her thigh. Which has much more to it than one might first think.
At first glance, it seems Zakki has a fishtail. While this is true, she wasn't born with it. Instead of having been upgraded with technology, her tail is made of metal with a scaly skin surface. She can control it completely, as if it were one of her own limbs. Which, for all extensive purposes, it is.
She also has a pair of high heels. Though it's not very convenient for her line of work, it’s the only outfit-based sacrifice she makes. With every other clothing piece holding some purpose.
Personality[]
Zakki is loyal only to those who can pay; her allegiance is to herself, and she doesn't let anyone too close. Not unless she's deceiving them for her own gain. She is many things: selfish, cruel, and heartless. But most importantly, a master of disguise. And her appearance isn't all that changes when she needs to be conspicuous. As good as she is at changing her look, she's better at her acting. With even the keenest of people having trouble breaking through her wall of lies without spiritual aid.[2]

Not much is known about how Zakki gained her skills, all that is known is that she was born in Wano. And is presumed to at least learned some of her abilities while there. Strong, dangerously agile, quiet, and a skilled fighter. With all the vast array of jobs which Zakki will perform. There aren't many which she wouldn't be at least somewhat skilled in preforming.

Zakki is extremely proficient in martial arts. Specializing mostly in offensive styles. Her skill originating from her time as a kunoichi in Wano. Where she learned most of her skills as both a fighter and a stealth operative. Along with having a ninja's level of proficiency in martial arts. She is a expert with most basic weapons. Knifes, firearms, tools in general can all be used by her if the occasion calls for it.
Cybernetic Attachments[]
Both Zakki's horns and her tail are actually mechanical. Technically making her a Cyborgs due to their presence. However, these tools have a unique trait of being detachable. Further removing any distinguishable features that would give her away in covert missions. While this is a interesting feature, it is not the only thing these attachments are capable of.
Horns[]
Zakki's horns are directly linked to her mind and, on her mental command, capable of doing a number of things. For starters, they can send out a ping similar to echolocation; this sound is inaudible to a normal human. But will provide her with a sense of her surroundings even in directions she's not looking, or if she's in a darkened area. Furthermore, using their ability to pick up sounds. Her horns can act as a second, more powerful set of ears for her. Letting her even hear through thick walls or from much further away. Further aiding her in the ability to detect and account for her surroundings.
Tail[]
Zakki's tail has a single, specific purpose. However, it is capable of a number of things, mostly in the realm of combat. Firstly, it is able to move and harden the feathers on its tip to such a fine point that they act as a blade. Though can act as a third hand, letting her grab stuff from out of her normal range or without people noticing. But in the life of a mercenary. As careful as she is, she is bound to meet an enemy who uses her tail as a weakness. Grabbing it in an attempt to disable her movements. This act has a counter programmed into the design of her tail.
First detaching from her body on her command, it begins a self-destruct sequence. All of the remaining electricity that was stored in the mechanism is expelled into the attacker's hand. Causing their grip to tighten and, in turn, denying them the ability to remove her tail. Then, in an attempt to damage them as well as remove the evidence. The tail begins a self destruct sequence.

Grapple Gun[]

The pistol that she keeps strapped to her thigh is more than just a regular weapon. It fires a hook, which buries itself into any surface it hits. Carrying a strong rope along its journey. While the hook can be forcefully removed, that is very difficult. Even painful if what it lands on is a living being. The most efficient way is for her to remove it through a button on the weapon.
As mentioned previously, the hook that this gun fires is attached to a rope. Allowing her to reel it back in, it is strong enough to support five times her weight without difficulty. Letting her use it to get around much easier.
Camouflage[]
By far her strongest and most useful tool is, coincidentally, her namesake. Zakki's dress, while primarily serving the purpose of a fashionable and versatile piece of clothing, also holds a very useful secret to aid Zakki in a pinch. As wearing it allows her to turn completely invisible on command, this doesn't mask things like her scent or the sound she makes. It allows her to sneak around easily or even escape capture when all seems lost.[3]
