Lumin Dials are Dial-like electronic devices that absorb and release solar energy in the form of lasers.
They were developed by "Iron Man" Kaza, an All-Star of the Pantheon Pirates and are marketed throughout the New World, and beyond, by him under the banner of Kaza Industries.
Overview[]
Lumin Dials are electronic devices powered by solar energy. Inspired by the lasers created by the Pika Pika no Mi user, this energy can be released in the form of a single, super-powerful laser beam. These laser beams provide a destructive, piercing strike force, capable of destroying entire buildings in a single strike.
However, they do have a weak point, in that they can only be used once, and must then be recharged by bathing in the sun for a few tens of minutes before they can be used again. With a full charge, however, any user would find himself with the destructive capacity of a Pacifista in their hands.

- These Dials are available to anyone, with the creator's permission. However, Kaza refrains from selling them to Marines, unless necessary.
