The Ko Ko no Mi is a Paramecia-Type Devil Fruit, that allows the user to become a living factory being able to convert products and materials from anything they touch into blueprints, making them Factory Human (コウ人間, Kō Ningen?).
This fruit was eaten by Dr. Gates.

Blue Print Ability
The Ko Ko no Mi's true strength lies in the ability known as the Blue Printer (青図工 , Seizu Kō?). This ability allows the user the power to create blueprints from anything they touch. These blueprints give the user the ability to then craft these blueprints in his factory body, the blueprints can range from general materials like rock, and metals, to different forms of machinery like guns, cannons, and even ships.
Becoming a living factory, inside their bodies they can mass-produce products, materials, and equipment on an automated level as the factory body is supplied with a staff of Company Workers (社員, Shain?) that maintain production, every single one of these workers look exactly like the user and wear a full dark blue jumpsuit. These workers share a hive mind, having complete synchronization within the factory however, this ability only works when the user is knocked out of focus. After the products are finished they are turned into Cargo" (貨物, Kamotsu?) which the user can summon on command.
