Kaza, also known by his epithet "Iron Man", an All-Stars of the Pantheon Pirates as one of Kairos Thieron's closest confidants.

Appearance

Kaza is a massive, well-built man with fair skin. At an astonishing 590cm, he's the tallest All-Star in the Pantheon Pirates. Kaza is built top-heavy, with thick, tapering arms yet, compared to his upper self, smallish legs.

Kaza's head, perched on a long, exaggeratedly muscular neck, boasts a square jawline and fairly broad chin. He has a longish face, with well-defined cheekbones. and a large, full-lipped mouth. His nose is also quite distinctive; it's much wider at the root than at the tip, ironically resembling an upside-down triangle, and is apparently made of metal plates stacked one on top of the other towards the bottom. Despite his age, Kaza isn't all that wrinkled, with only more or less prominent laugh lines. His rose-red hair is arranged in an extravagantly long pompadour cut, with a few strands falling in curls over his forehead. His facial hair is arranged in sideburns and a spiky goatee without a moustache. His eyes are almost always hidden by sunglasses with blue lenses and gray, oval rims, which instead of having temples are strapped on by black tapes that go around his head. Also, his hair is controllable and can change different styles instantly by pushing his nose for more than three seconds. While he used to wear it up in a pompadour style, he now frequently changes his hairstyle, typically whenever he wears a new outfit.

He also has two stitch-mark scars on his torso running down from the back of his neck indicating that he had sewn his skin on.

What appears to be his eyes are actually lenses that resemble human eyes over a pair of robotic eyes underneath. His eyes were seen with inverse coloration and with a glowing yellow pupil in his battle with Angrboda.

Kaza's body features several cybernetic parts visible even to the naked eye. Firstly, he has a distinctive circular hole in the middle of his chest, the inside of which constantly glows a bright blue. This "hole" is in fact an energy generator, enabling Kaza to use his cybernetic abilities. Secondly, he replaced his shoulders with two blue spheres, with his name marked in yellow on the right sphere, and his trademark phrase, "Ka-Boom!" marked in red on the left sphere. These balls, though an expression of his extravagant side, actually serve a purpose, as they allow him, by rotating around an axis, to place his arms in positions simply impossible for other humans. His hands are studded and both forearms are covered with triangular metal plates, one on top of the other.

Power & Abilities

As an All-Star of the Pantheon Pirates, Kaza has great authority over his crew just below his Admiral. Part of the fleet is under his authority, and a large part of his crew's main territory is under his protection.

In combat, Kaza proves to be extremely formidable, and his bounty of 247,800,000 demonstrates how dangerous the World Government considers him, also being the third highest bounty of the crew, only below Kogeru and Thieron himself. He has also been a member of the crew for more than twenty years, making him a true veteran.

Kaza is an extremely experienced and gifted fighter, displaying prowess rarely seen. Thanks to his cyborg abilities, he's good at both hand-to-hand and ranged combat, specializing in aerial warfare and air-to-ground combat due to his ability to fly. Thanks to the mastery he has forged over many years of developing his craft, Kaza has incredible control over his movements in flight, and an agility that even the most vivid birds couldn't match. He's particularly adept at aerial maneuvers, performing them with a gait reminiscent of fighter jets, and being able to execute the most complex to get out of dangerous situations or to confuse his opponents. This versatility makes him a dangerous adversary in any situation, even those in which he might appear to be out of his element.

Tactical & Combat Skills

Despite his rather extravagant nature, Kaza is very tactical and strategic, willing to use deception and trickery to gain an advantage in battle. He has shown a great understanding of air-to-ground warfare. In his battle against the giant Angrboda, he showed himself capable of exceptional maneuvers in the air reminiscent of fighter jets, such as using flares in an attempt to lure the giantess. He's also known for testing his opponents' patience to his advantage, for example by staying aloft to trick them into entering air-to-air combat, where he usually has the upper hand. He's not averse to the use of towers and traps in his battles and, in fact, doesn't see the advantage of fighting fairly at all.

Devil Fruit

Main article: Yaku Yaku no Mi

Kaza ate the Yaku Yaku no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit enabling him to generate and fire a nigh-infinite amount of any type of ammunition from his body. This power also makes him immune to all types of ammunition.

This fruit grants him an advantageous versatility to say the least, as he's capable of going toe-to-toe as well as hitting targets several kilometers away. He is capable of firing bullets of all calibers, enabling him to devastate entire troops, shells that would enable him to neutralize even armored or solid-shelled targets, mines, and even missiles, giving him the ability to raze entire regions to the ground in a ridiculous amount of time; and all of this, in seemingly endless amounts. Not only that, he's also capable of generating flares, giving him the ability to effectively distract potential enemies.

This fruit has a fearsome reputation on the seas, being known as one of the most destructive Paramecia; a reputation well affirmed by the user.

Haki

Kaza is able to utilize both basic Haki-types. However, he rarely uses either in combat, being more reliant on his Devil Fruit ability and cyborg modifications.

Busoshoku Haki

Kaza is capable of using Busoshoku Haki to harden his arm in order to defend against attacks.

Kenbunshoku Haki

Kaza possesses the ability to use Kenbunshoku Haki. This form of Haki is in fact his expertise, as it's what he specializes in. In combat, this form of Haki doesn't serve him too well, as he's more inclined to long-distance fighting. However, when he uses his Gearshifts, he himself declares that his Observation Haki becomes much better and potent. He demonstrated this in his confrontation with Angrboda, where he claimed to feel, see and hear everything at the same time.

Cyborg Abilities

Gearshift

The Gearshift (ギアシフト, Giashifuto^?) is a cybernetic ability created by and integrated into Kaza's own body, and one of his main combat assets. Once activated, it allows the user to shift, increase or reduce speed via a transmission system.

Once activated, it sees its user and creator, Kaza, equipped with the ability to change gear like a car, with each gear generating a greater thrust than the previous one. Indeed, each gear gives a maximum thrust twice that of the previous gear; and given that Kaza has seven of them, once he had entered the last gear, he would be able to reach a maximum speed one hundred and twenty-eight times greater than his basic top speed, which is already very impressive in itself.

Just like in a conventional car, Kaza can't afford to miss a step or risk damaging himself. However, he can alternate between several gears without having to wait too long. Thus, he's capable of brutal, violent acceleration, catching opponents off-guard and giving him a great deal of control over his speed.
