"Chamber" Jackson born as Harris Hector Jackson is the biological son of Hector Hobbs and brother of Hector Harvey. Born into a family Marines Jackson started out as a talented solider on Amsterdam Kingdom, working his way up through the ranks to Commodore.
During the War of Empires, Jackson killed his entire marine unit after they falsely raided an island, barning my a traitor and fugitive of the World Government earning him a bounty of 
42,000,000. Jackson headed towards the Underworld and became a ship smuggler, and then would go on to be recruited by Blackrock. Through his new company, Jackson was appointed the role of Manager in charge of exporting goods and products for the company.
During The City Needs Me Jackson is revealed to be working alongside the Gotti Family and fighting against Cipher, however during this arc Jackson was killed by Cipher.
