Iron Fist (, Iron Fist^?) is a form of Martial Arts practised by a small sect in the sky island nation of Mashu.

The style utilizes precision to strike with deadly punches under the guise of rambunctious movements to distract and generate additional power.

Techniques

Ronan's Techniques

Iron Cross (鉄十字, Tekjūji?): Ronan's signature technique. Ronan ignores the need to wind-up for a punch by shooting out a powerful Cross punch, the fist by his chin reaching out rapidly as his muscles flare throughout his shoulder and legs, his torso and hips rotating to generate even more power. The sudden transfer of weight generates absurd power, the strike occurring in but a sudden moment. Iron Cross allows him to both strike with it on its own, and as a counter. At age 10 and in its debut, Ronan was able to knockout adults with this technique. Demonic Iron Cross (魔族鉄十字, Mazoku Tekjūji?): Ronan first uses this technique against Kevin. Iron Spear (鉄槍, Tekyari?): Ronan first uses this technique against the Bandit Leader in Wuxia's southern desert. Ronan plants his front foot firmly, leaning forwards while maintaining the light horse stance. His arms are kept as fists and the knuckles facing the opponent. His back foot kicks the ground once, but with the force of ten, catapulting him across the ground as he slides forwards and allows him to close the distance in a flash. His fists burst forwards as he transfers weight into them suddenly, striking in delayed intervals. The first strikes with a flicker jab, while the other is a violent gut shot, each without windup.
