"Moerutori" Ichimura Kogeru is one of the three All-Stars of the Pantheon Pirates and Kairos Thieron's right-hand man. Born as Hanamura Kogeru, child of the clan whose name he bore, he was originally a samurai from the land of Wano.
However, with his ambition to live beyond the borders of his homeland, Kogeru decided to go into exile on his own, joining the seas as a pirate. A year after, he met Kairos Thieron, who suggested they become partners, thus creating a new crew of the New World, the Pantheon Pirates. At some point during the War of Empires, Kogeru devoured the rare Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit, the Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Furaribi.
Due to his status in the Pantheon Pirates and his actions during his pirate career, he has a bounty of at least 300,000,000.

The Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Furaribi is a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to transform into a full and hybrid form of the mythical firebird yokai known as Furaribi. He has a very well-developed mastery over his transformation, allowing him to alter select parts of his body as he needs to. This power is the source of his nickname "Flaming Bird".
The full Zoan transformation of Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Furaribi sees its user turn into a massive bird completely made of flames, rivaling the giants in size. Those flames are, at base, hotter than normal fire. Although massive, most of its body is taken up by its very long tail. The Furaribi's tail is not like that of most birds; it is arranged in filaments that curve and float in the air, resembling a spiral most of the time, although it can be laid flat if required. His massive, nearly three times as long as its body, yet rounded wings give it complete control over his trajectory in the air, making him a very agile flyer. Despite this, his aerodynamic body enables him to reach very high speeds.
He has taloned bird legs that he can use to perform powerful kicks or slash enemies with. As a Zoan, Kogeru enjoys a great boost to his physical abilities and senses. Like an eagle, he can perceive tiny things at immense distances, enabling him to locate and track his prey from miles away. His strength is incredible, making him capable of standing up to even Emperor commanders. His durability has also been enhanced by his fruit, enabling him to take devastating blows and keep on fighting.
Although he only obtained this ability during the War of Empires, Kogeru has become a prominent and versatile user of his fruit, particularly with partial transformations. Thus, Kogeru is able to change parts of his body with the analogues of other forms at will, whether in human, hybrid or full form.
