The Hoi Hoi no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to control inorganic objects through whistling. Making the user a Whistling Human (ぴいぴい人間, Piipii Ningen)

Strengths and Weaknesses[]
The Hoi Hoi no Mi is a Paramecia type Devil fruit that allows the user to take control of inorganic objects by whistling. Issuing commands to these objects through whistling in different tunes that in turn correspond to different actions. Allowing the user to command objects to float, attack, or defend at the user's own will. A great strength of this fruit is that it is the user that dictates what tunes mean different commands and are capable of changing these on the fly, making it impossible for their attacks to be predicted based solely on the tune of their whistle.
Aside from the well known weakness to water and sea prism stone the primary weakness of this fruit is that the user must be able to whistle to use their ability, meaning abilities that negate sound or having the user's mouth covered will make it impossible for them to use their abilities.
