The Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Witch is a Mythical zoan type devil fruit which allows the user to transfrom into a mythical creature known as a Witch, allowing the user to take on a humanoid form.
The physical ability granted to the user is that of control over their own hair, able to make it grow and control it as though each individual strand of hair was a limb all of its own. Strands able to be put together to become stronger and capable of lifting more of striking harder.
The Mythical ability of the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Witch, similar in nature to its physical ability, involves its hair. The user is capable of wrapping themselves in their own hair, able to mold it to take on the shape of any person or object that the user is familiar with changing the size and shape of the user to meet the needs of the transformation. As stated, the user must know what this person or object looks like and as such any scars, tattoos, or birthmarks the user might be unaware of cannot be replicated, an imperfect form of shape-shifting but still useful in the right hands.
