Hiromasa Chikara is a Samurai hailing from the land of Wano. The firstborn of two prestigious legacies, Chikara grew up raised under the nobility of being the daughter of the shoguns. Train almost all her life in both matters of politics and that of being a warrior, she was brought up to not only be the successor to both her families but be a harmony of both her upbringing. During the year 1620, Chikara decided to leave her home of Wano to venture out into the broader world of the sea. To both grow herself in strength like that of her father in his past and to also learn and discover more about the world her family guards her home so deeply from.
It was in this journey during she would participate in the events of On Air, where she meet Stern and was dragged along on one of his adventures where they stumbled into a facility that had their test subjects recently escaped.[1] There she would meet up with Henchmen and Evangeline Hecate, where she and the older sister of the two would fight with her ending up the victor and leaving the facility joining Stern on his adventure with them all.[2][3]

Chikara in her youth ate the Kopi Kopi no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows Chikara to copy the powers of other Devil Fruit users making them a Copying Human. By using the powers of the Kopi Kopi no Mi, Chikara is capable of copying the Devil Fruit Powers of the person she has come into contact with both replicate the power of any devil fruit ability she wishes. Alongside this ability the Kopi not only lets you mimic the powers of those she touches, it also allows her to mimic the appearance of anyone she so with giving her powers similar to that of the Mane Mane no Mi, she can transform and imitate a person's physique and body giving her an extra layer of versatility and stealth to their already dangerous arsenal.
