Hector Hobbs or better known as Soenbu is the commander of one of the largest navy fleets in the world Amsterdam Kingdom. Hobbs works for the World Government and is a current Marine Vice Admiral, his justice is Cruel Justice.
Born Harris H. Hobbs, of House Harris. Hobbs descendances from a long line of notable warriors spanning back to hundreds of years. Sometime in his youth Hobbs joined the Marines working his way from a chore boy to his current rank.
Hobbs is also the creator of a special marine unit known as Barracuda, hand-picked individuals Hobbs thinks have the best talent and future in the Marines.
He was placed as the overseer of Amsterdam working alongside the Royal Amsterdam Family, however, during the events of Gambler the royals were a massive crime family known as the Gotti Family. Hobbs was then given full control and power of marine presence over the island. Helping to arrest anyone evolved.
