"Devil Slayer" Hashin (?) is an assassin working for Cipher Pol.
Born as "Bucky" in the advanced Penumbra Kingdom, he underwent education as an engineer, mechanic, and joined the military at age eleven. Bucky would eventually leave several years later, repurposing his skills to fight for freedom and serve as a vigilante figure, using his modified motorbike to traverse the seas of the North Blue faster than any boat. Inspired by the stories of Sora, Warrior of the Sea, he would aid both Revolutionaries and the Marines in their fights against injustice and criminals.
After a certain event years afterwards, Bucky "died" and resurged as Hashin, a Government assassin that specializes in hunting and eliminating Devil Fruit users. Hashin made his mark during the last year of the War of Empires, particularly as a key figure that aided in his homeland's destruction at the ending stages of the war.
