Strengths and Weaknesses[]

Strengths[]

The Hana Hana No Mi allows the use to sprout and replicate their body parts on any surface with the exception of Sea Stone. Once sprouted the user can control these duplicated body parts just the same as their originals, which allows for a plethora of usages and making the fruit extremely versatile. Any sprouted limbs are just as physically strong as the ones from the user’s body, and paired with the fact that only the user knows where these body parts will sprout they usually possess a powerful advantage in physical combat . From overwhelming opponents with dozens of limbs to subdue them, joining body parts together to make them larger and sturdier, and even more subtle uses such as sprouting an eye or ears for espionage, the Hana Hana No Mi is the epitome of versatility.

Weaknesses[]

Like any devil fruit, the Hana Hana No Mi isn’t exempt from potential drawbacks. The primary con of this fruit is that things experienced by duplicated body parts is reflected on the user’s main body, for example if a sprouted arm is burned, Dahlia’s original arm will be burned as well. This makes fighting other fruit users with abilities that are activated based on physical touch, or fruits that can effect wide areas particularly difficult to deal with. Aside from that it suffers from standard devil fruit weaknesses.
