Guan "Xiaolong" Ming is a middle-aged Doctor hailing from the nation of Kano Country, setting out from his homeland at a young age to continue his studies into the various forms of medicine around the world upon reaching Paradise in 1607 he would find himself allying with and soon joining the original Jurassic Pirates.
After joining their it would be during their ventures through late Paradise that Ming would meet and eventually marry a Kuja woman of the same profession as himself by the name of Spider Lily whom would also join the crew to aid in his studies.
Tension between Ming and his captain would grow after becoming a subordinate crew of the Animal Kingdom during their time in the New World, believing that the crew could be so much more than a subordinate to a Yonko crew. This tension would nearly see him leaving the crew though despite his misgivings he would remain.
This decision would cost Ming greatly as during the War of Empires he would watch the majority of his friends fall including his wife. Those remaining scattering to the wind.
In the year 1620, Ming would find himself standing aboard the deck of a new ship upon hearing that Titanna Saiku was seeking to resurrect the Jurassic Pirates. Joining under her flag in hope to aid the daughter of his former captain in seeking the glory and status he always believed the crew to have been capable of.
Ming has consumed the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Dilophosaurus making him a Dilophosaurus Human (モデル人間, Dilophosaurus Ningen) and currently has a bounty of 150,000,000.
