Gina Garcia, also known as the "Golden Arm," is a pirate from the North Blue and the former captain of the Garcia Pirates. She was defeated by Monk E. Boots and got captured by the Marines that was following Boots, and she was sent to Impel Down Level 2: Wild Beast Hell, with her crew being sent to Impel Down Level 1: Crimson Hell. Garcia formerly possessed a bounty of 90,000,000.

Garcia is a somewhat tall woman with a petite build. She has red eyes and navy blue, short hair, along with a rose tattoo on her neck. She is always seen with a smile on her face. Before being imprisoned, she donned a red tie, and her torso was barely covered as she left her dark brown suit open. She paired this with dark brown suit pants. Garcia's left arm, made out of real gold, was cut off during a battle with a pirate; she decided to use real gold for her prosthetic arm. Additionally, she incorporated some technology into it, allowing it to move whenever she wishes.
