The Gari Gari no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil fruit that allows the user to transform parts of their body into pen nibs that can produce ink and allow the user to write words on any surface, making them a Scribble Human.

The main strength of this fruit is the user's ability to transform body parts into pen nibs made of metal, allowing the user to use them as a sword or defensively as a shield. Though the main purpose of this fruit is its ability to make ink through the nibs, the user can then use them to write words or phrases onto any object. The object would then be affected by what was written, for example, writing "fire" on a sword would set the blade alight. The user can also use this ability to write "contracts." Anyone who signs the contract would be unable to break any rules stated in the contract. The only way to free themselves is to either kill the user or burn the contract.
Contracts can't be too complex, must have clear rules and conditions, and must be signed willingly. To affect an object, the user must write simple, one-word sentences; anything too complex would not take effect. The user also can't write about living things, and the only way to effect them is through contracts.
