Fūtsunami-ryu (?) is a form of swordsmanship created and used by Django.[1]

This style relies on the users explosive strength and analytical mind to force open solutions to any form of problem that lays before them.[2]

Overview[]

Techniques[]

  • Zero Parry (零区 Reiku?, lit. meaning "Zero Ward"): Django meets an incoming attack with an equal or proportionate amount of force.[3] The aftemath results in the original attack being "negated", as it seems the world has been paused.[4] Due to Django being the conductor behind the counter, he is able to almost immediately transition into a counterattack.[5]
  • Wavecrasher (落波 Rakunami?, lit meaning. "Falling Wave"): Django does a one-armed swing, swinging down with intense force, forcing incoming projectiles to be turned around completely while turning the ground into rough and difficult terrain.[6][7] His musculature swells and his teeth become serrated during the process, the slash strong enough to cut through most metals and create a thunderous clap of noise that echos out for hundreds of feet.[8]
  • Eye of the Storm (嵐の目 Arashi no Me?): .[9]
  • Waterspout (竜巻 Tatsumaki?): .[10]
  • Rogue Wind (一匹狼風 Ippiki Rōpū?): .[11]
  • Rainfall (?): .[12]
