"Collector" Einarr is an Underworld organ trader in the New World and former Aesir of the Ragnarok Pirates.
In the past, he served as one of the high guards in Elbaf alongside Mani Farbauti. Unbeknownst to the royalty Einarr was also in close ties with traders in the Underworld. Using his high position to take out forgettable giants in secret, his trades led him to create a blood-borne disease.
His first known attack was in 1598 on Dressrosa, infecting its Queen Cleopatra with his Judas Cradle disease that ultimately led to her death. This resulted in him losing his position within his crew as punishment for such a crime under his Captain's banner.
As revenge, in 1601 he unleashed a new disease known as the Blood Eagle. Its effects wreaked havoc on the island, with its greatest casualty being Queen Heidrun Embla. This event forced Einarr to flee his homeland. Now, he focuses his efforts within the Underworld to gain the necessary materials for creating the “World's Deadliest Disease”.
