Drachen Kaida, or known by her epithet as the Blacklight Dragon, is the founder and current leader of the Heads of the Dragon. She is responsible for keeping the Dragon Horn under lock and key on Brimstone Crag.
Her goal is to revive the dragons through the usage of the Dragon Horn, allowing her to achieve dominion over the world through the usage of the fruit.

Kaida possessed unique physical even from birth, and was shown capable of many a feat a full grown man was incapable of doing even from a young age. She possessed a knack for fighting and combat, and as such, her physical strength grew even more. As such, her durability and strength are quite hefty, able to contend with most New World combatants without risk of death.
