"Snake Haired" Dalma Tia is a Prisoner of Impel Down. She used to be a prolific bounty hunter and the guild master of the Gorgoneia, a guild of bounty hunters that spans the seas of the world. Prior to her arrest, she was also the ruling empress of Amazon Lily, after having deposed her mother years prior.
Tia initially ranked as one of the Shichibukai, being one of the first inducted into the group. She was granted the title due to her work as a bounty hunter, having systematically dismantled numerous Underworld organizations, including that of her mother. Due to her work, she has earned a reputation as the "Underworld Hunter". Some time after her participation in the War of Empires, however, she would have her position revoked, resulting in her arrest and incarceration.

Tia is an undeniably beautiful woman, this fact not undercut by the scars or air of danger that she caries with her at all times. She is tall for an individual of either species she belongs to, towering over most. She possesses a curvaceous form, however closer inspection reveals an obviously muscled frame underneath. Her musculature becomes even more apparent when she flexes or exerts herself, revealing the physical training of a hardened warrior.
Tia's skin is a dusky brown shade akin, with a curtain of thick curly black hair that falls down her back in a mane-like cascade. She keeps her hair pulled into an intricate braid, often pulled over a shoulder or left to fall down her back. She keeps her hair decorated with golden snake ornaments and embellishments bearing the symbol of Amazon Lily.
She possesses elegant and striking facial features, brilliant green eyes that seem to roil with a storm at their depths no matter the situation. Her brows and lashes are as lush as the hair on her head, the former kept impeccably sculpted at all times. Her cheeks and lips are plump and full, a smirk or grin never being far from her face. The passing of time has made itself known on her features, manifesting in slight smile lines at the corners of her eyes and mouth.
Tia possesses a number of scars, most owed to her long tenure as a Shichibukai and even longer time as a bounty hunter. These scars lace her body from head to toe, however the most prevalent is one that spans the length of her stomach, which she gained during the war against the Yonko. She also has a number of tattoos, mostly spanning her arms and back.
