Curry Dutchmen (?) is a tiger shark Fish-Man, king of Atlantis kingdom on Fish-Man Island and captain of the Black Sea Pirates.
In the past Dutchmen was born into a a life of piracy upon the black sea pirate fleet. Growing up as a pirate apprentice he was forced into harsh situations and realities of life at a young age, showing him what the world was truly like. This sparked his ambition to make the world a better place for himself and his people.
Dutchmen as his strength and skills refined grew into a very powerful combatant, rising his way through the ranks reaching the second highest position of right hand, and even taking over the crew after defeating his captain for ownership of the crew.
During his early years as Captain, he would head to Fish-Man Island and participate in Sea Cliff Wars being the one to spearhead the long 65-year-long civil war in a matter of three years. During that time, Dutchmen and his crew took the island piece by piece, not through just sheer firepower but negotiations and deals. The people recognized Dutchmen as someone who could lead the people into a new era. Dutchmen were able to grow their forces from 50,000 to 4.7 million in three years.
He currently resides on Fish-Man Island. Dutchmen currently holds a bounty of 575,000,000.
Appearance[]
Dutchmen is a red-skinned megalodon fish-man. He is very built and large in stature, with very muscular arms and legs. He also has three distinct scars on the left side of his chest reaching down to his ribcage, he also has a harpoon scar on his right peck from being attacked when he was a child. His facial features include glaring eyes, long bushy brown eyebrows, a mouth full of sharp, triangular teeth, and a pointy nose. He has long brown spikey hair, that hangs around his lower back while having enough hair to also tie a bit into a topknot. with a long tuft hanging on the left part of his face.
He usually sports a black tank top, with the Black Sea Pirates logo on the right side of the chest, he also wears several forms of seashell jewelry. Dutchmen sports a pair of brown pains with a black belt with a golden belt buckle, and black pair of boots.

Dutchmen is a very powerful leaders, down to every fiber of his being. His grand large stature commands a dominating presence that shines against the darkest of depths. He speaks with a projecting deep bellowing voice that vibrates the eardrums, his words are spoken with passion and conviction which speaks to the soul rather than to the ear. Everyone who hears him can tell that he means what he says and believes every word of it. His ability to bring others to submit to him not by force but by will and display of action draws powerful allies and friends to his side bringing a sense of belonging.
Dutchmen is noted by many of the Fish-Men during the civil war as a man who would lead their people into a new era, a symbol of pride for Fish-Men around the world. Dutchmen is also an amazing leader on the battlefield, being able to command armies of 50,000 men across the New World seas for many years, and then amassing a powerful fleet army of 100,000 men. Dutchmen were noted as being more of a man of peace towards his people than to violence, oftentimes seeking solutions that wouldn't render bloodshed although he was more than capable of destroying entire clans and armies on his own. His most incredible display of leadership was during the Battle of Mermaid Cove, where Dutchmen would endure one week of brutal torture being hung by a noose over the black pond, to free a small village of women and children.

Dutchmen was born into the Black Sea Pirates and was raised as a pirate apprentice. Over the years Dutchmen was taught the ways of piracy and the brutal realities of the discrimination faced against fishmen. The time on sea forged him into a cold-blooded killer. As Dutchmen grew stronger with age, he rose through the ship's ranks obtaining the status of the right hand, earning that spot through trial and tribulation. In the second year of being the right hand, he challenged his captain for the crew engaging in a fierce battle and coming out as the victor. After he took up the mantle of captain the crew saw massive success during raids and naval travel.

As the King of Fish-Man Island and captain of the Black Sea Pirates, Dutchmen had complete authority over the entire island and crew.
Haki[]
Dutchmen can use both forms of Haki. Being born into the New World while into an infamous pirate crew, Dutchmen is no stranger to haki having been taught it at a young age by the older cast of the crew. He first unlocked the armament haki and then the observation haki. Dutchmen struggled with learning how to use haki effectively in combat, which served as a double-edged sword, being able to grow exponentially in fights, but at the cost of physical health multiple times. Eventually, after decades of training, Dutchmen became a proficient user of both haki's having the basics mastered with some variation techniques with imbuement and hardening.
