Cloud Dance is a sword style developed and practiced primarily upon Cloudhead Island. It involves the manipulation of clouds. It's practice was first noted on Hereafter, a notable cloud island.
Overview[]
Cloud Dance, as the name suggests, involves "dancing with the clouds." By manipulating the sword in a special way, clouds will be generated from nothing. While the base applications of the technique do not grant much offensive edge, the sub-styles of the technique are where the lethal effects can be seen the most.
By implementing dials into swords, the generated clouds can be imbued with elements and subsequently used in battle. Notable sub-styles include Flame Cloud Dance, Thunder Cloud Dance, Rain Cloud Dance and Gust Cloud Dance. Due to how the technique functions, this allows for large amounts of customization for people who utilize this technique.
