Carmen C. Cirwyn is currently the youngest member of the True Kings organization, starting off as a Throne before being elevated to True King status. While human, one would never guess it, since she is constantly in her hybrid form, never showing herself in any other way. Having eaten the Hebi Hebi no Mi, Model: Rattlesnake, making her a Rattlesnake Human, she is quick, calculating, poisonous, and even when blinded, is still keenly aware of her surroundings due to her snake senses. As the latest and youngest member, she feels like she has a lot to prove now. She cannot disappoint The Master.
Currently stationed on Eden Island to act as guard against all that could risk destabilizing the order of Eden, along with reporting to The Master about all of Sabat Eve's dealings. And when the time well comes, she is set out to strike against whoever the order commands her to deal with. Despite having yet to master Haki, Cirwyn has managed to make a strong name for herself already thanks to her expertise with a spear and her devil fruit.
