Caelum Liutas is a pirate sailing the seas of the New World. Due to his great intelligence he engages in engineering creations, although only for his own use. Despite this great intelligence, he is known for his incredible strength in battle, seasoned by the use of the very rare fruit Nikyu Nikyu no Mi.
Originally from the island of Levitum, he reached the peak of his skills and the quality of his creations over the years, which caused him to leave the island when the chief wanted to take advantage of it. He then began his journey between Paradise and New World defeating particularly evil pirates.
Between 1616 and 1617, Liutas offered his strength and inventions for the good of the world by joining the Shichibukai. Among the most prominent names and especially among the survivors of the War of Empires, his appears, side by side with a nickname obtained for his effectiveness in the war. By defeating pirates of all sizes and bounties and using his powers to send them directly to Impel Down, Liutas began to be called Purgatory Hand.
He now lives on the large island of Aetherius of which he is the protector.
Appearance[]
Liutas presents a remarkably sculpted build, clearly visible muscles grown through struggles and work with great heavy loads. He has simple clothing, petrol-colored work pants and a tank top tending to light gray-blue, with a jacket tied over the pelvis and brown boots. His blue-white hair and beard with purple undertones stand out in addition to his large white wings.

Liutas is a quiet and sunny person, a hard worker who does not disdain the hard work that forged him. Gifted with great intellect, he has built himself a job based on super-developed dial technology. Despite his quiet disposition he can easily lose his temper in front of wrongdoers, not restraining himself in punishing them in an exemplary manner. He is a very skilled fighter who has made his power an outstanding giant-range weapon through much study, harnessing it in tandem with his technology.
