"Jackpot" Blackburn V. Pluto is the Kingpin of the Seven Spades Club.

Appearance

Pluto is a towering, muscular man with dark brown skin. Bearing all traits of his lineage, he bears a large pair of black wings and snow white hair. His hair style consists of short curls that fall down the sides of his face and bangs that are loosely tied in the back in a ponytail. His sideburns reach halfway down his face; the rest of his face speckled with a stubble and faint mustache.

The most distinctive trait of his face are the pair of bright yellow eyes and thick eyebrows that peak into points at the ends aiming inward. The rest of his body remains void of scars, its only visible alteration being a bright red tattoo that stripes over both his shoulders and curves over his chest with a diamond in the center.

In his debut, Pluto wears a semi-formal getup. His eyes are shrouded by a pair of golden rimmed aviators with a sunset tint and wings on the edges. He sports a partially unbuttoned yellow dress shirt with a black vest bearing the vermillion bird on the left side with heavy silver chains around his neck. His hands are partially covered with a pair of leather fingerless gloves with holes on the top to place a log pose in. Following down, he wears two pairs of chains looped on each hip over a fitted pair of black pants. Pluto's combat boots are similarly wrapped around in chains with spikes and buttons on the heels. When pressed, they reveal a trio of pistols that can be fired at will.
