Black Sam is a guy who currently resides within Paradise. He is known for being the son of Black Ceaser, who is an infamous pirate in the New World.
Appearance[]
Black Sam doesn't look his age at all and looks like he's in his mid-30s or mid-40s. He is a slim, tall, and very well-built twenty-three-year-old, standing at 178 centimeters. He has soft, brown skin, dark brown eyes that can be mistaken for black until he is in sunlight, and woolly black hair styled in wild dreadlocks. Sam also has two piercings in his ears—thick, golden hoop earrings.
Sam wears a white, button-down, long-sleeve shirt with the first three buttons unbuttoned, paired with chocolate brown pants. The pants have light brown cuffs at the end, held by a golden brown sash. He finishes his outfit with black boots with buckles on them.

Personality[]
Sam is a fun-loving male who is very confident in himself and is not afraid of anything. He is brash and reckless and is always in a bad situation, whether it's a fight or being arrested for something stupid. Sometimes, Sam can come across as battle-crazed, always wanting to engage in a fight if he has nothing else to do or is bored and will find a way to cause a fight or jump into one. Sam has a short temper and can easily become angry or annoyed and acts childishly to those who annoy him. Furthermore, Sam's dream is to be free and go on fun and different adventures, similar to that of a pirate, and his reason for this is that his father promised to take him to sea and experience the life of a pirate. However, his father left and never came back, which angered Sam.

Sam hates his father and wishes to not be like him in any way if he ever has kids. His father is a pirate and when Sam was younger promised to take Sam to sea with him but left one day and never came back, which angered Sam and started his hatred for his father.

Physical Abilities[]
Sam is a physically strong guy who grew up training his physical prowess so when his father came back, he would be strong enough to be a pirate. Sam has excellent physical abilities, mostly shown in his strength and durability, which he trained more in than any other physical ability.
Swordsmanship[]
Sam is a somewhat skilled swordsman, and is also one of the main things he trained in waiting for his father. He uses a cutlass which he named Teach.

Childhood[]
Sam grew up in Paradise living with his mother while his father was always away because of his pirate life. His father would sometimes visit Sam and tell him stories of his adventures, which would make Sam want to become a pirate. However when his father promised to take him to sea with him, he didn't keep his promise and never returned. He continued gaining notoriety without contacting or visiting Sam or his mother.
With his father away for so long, Sam continued to train every day, thinking he would still return. But when Sam was 16, his mother told him his father wasn't coming back. This led to Sam hating on his father.
