Basilius is a member of the Pantheon Pirates, serving as a Behemoth in the crew. He was born into the Royal Family of Cloudhead Island, but unfortunately did not possess the royal crown along his upper back.
With that knowledge in mind, he went his childhood and early teen years resentful against the family members who possessed the mark of the king. At the age of 19 he rebelled against the royal family, seeking to take the throne by force. But unfortunately, his efforts were thwarted by the guardian of Cloudhead.
After being outcast from the kingdom, he set out to sea on his own to grow in strength and seize his "stolen birthright" once more. In his journey, he joined the Pantheon Pirates in an avenue to continue his rise of power.

Cloud Dance[]

Being born in Cloudhead Island, Basilius was familiar with the islands signature sword style as he grew up. But thanks to his upbringing as one of the royals, he had plenty of highly skilled teachers to guide him through the process of attaining the talent.
He uses the Poison Cloud Dance (毒雲舞 Doku Kumo Mai?) sub-style of the sword style, which is itself a sub-style of Gust Cloud Dance. This is created by filling the breath dial attached to your weapon with poisonous gas instead of regular air. With it, he can generate poisonous clouds that are a danger to the opponents he faces.

God-Slayer is Basilius' sword. It is a katana passed down for many years in the royal family. During his attempt to steal the throne, he obtained the blade as well.
