Bando D. "Chief" Keith is a rookie pirate hailing from the West Blue. Formerly being a part of a notorious militant gang in the West Blue, he left sometime during its destruction at the hands of Marines and set out to the seas as a lone pirate.
Appearance[]
He tends to stick out. Keith is on the taller side (especially for people in the Blues), with a warrior's build. A main identifying feature are the black horns that protrude from the sides of his head. Keith's hair has been styled in dreads that stop at his shoulders. He wears one hanafuda earring on the left ear which he believes brings good fortune. Lastly for his facial features, Keith has brown eyes, and suffers from a grave case of resting bitch face-- he appears to look upset/serious all the time.
Keith thinks himself a real fighter, so it is only fair that he dresses like such. When on an expedition or in combat, he tends to wear abominable-looking, mishmashed spiky armor, the helmet decorated with spikes. For casual wear, he may typically wear an expensive looking (cheap bootleg) puffer jacket with a graphic tee under it, and baggy cargo pants with expensive looking (again, cheap knockoff) sneakers.

Trivia[]
- Keith was inspired by a previous character the creator had prior to joining One Piece roleplays.
- His first name was taken from the real-world rapper Chief Keef, while the "D." was inspired by the late rapper/serial killer King Von's middle name, Dayquan.
- Keith's birthday, Nov. 19th, is a reference to the Marvel hero Sunfire, whose first appearance was in X-Men #64, released on the same day in 1969.
