"Wayward" Artair,[1] born as Muse Altria, is a Cook hailing from Rosenshiel.
During the War of Empires Artair went on a series of conquests, the most notable being his attack on the Gran Tesoro where much like the others, he left a bed of flowers in his wake. After these events, he garnered a bounty of 
149,000,000.
In the past, Artair was the eldest child of the Muse Family. However, due to circumstances, he had to accept that his younger brother, Muse Theyrn, would inherit the throne. While Theyrn received training to prepare for his future role as the heir, Artair was confined indoors, focused on academic pursuits and etiquette, and groomed to be the face of the royal family.
During this period, his family gave him the Saku Saku no Mi, expecting it to be used for nothing but parlor tricks. This event became the breaking point, prompting Artair to take it upon himself to steal the ceremonial blade Clarent and depart from his kingdom.
Now, Artair travels the oceans, determined to hone the abilities he was denied the chance to develop in his childhood home. His ultimate goal is to return one day and claim the throne that he believes is rightfully his.
Appearance[]
Artair is a slim and well built young man with rather pale skin. His hair is a burnt red hue, falling past his ears to frame his head. The front bangs curl around, while the rest is neatly tied back in a short ponytail. His eyes are a dull purple color, further highlighted with the pair of round glasses he wears.
Being a member of the Avian Tribe, he sports a pair of large angelic wings on his back. Throughout the War of Empires and during the Blue Blooded Arc his wardrobe consisted of a pink dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up past his elbows, the left bearing a notebook and pen. He ties this together with a vest and dress pants of the same dark brown color, broken up by an orange apron that is knotted around his waist. His blade hangs on his hip, providing easy access to retrieve it.
