Al Khalifa Ain, also known by the Codename "Pharaoh", is a Marine Commodore hailing from the Kingdom of Alabasta in Paradise. Joining the marines at fourteen years old, Ain would slowly work her way up through the ranks until the War of Empires where, through a mix of heroic actions and the deaths of many high ranking marines, she would be promoted to her current rank.
Ain has inherited her mentor's Preserving Justice (保つ正義, Tamotsu Seigi), believing in the importance of maintaining the integrity and soul of the Marines as opposed to doing whatever it takes to capture and eliminate criminals. Of doing what's right above all else.
She has consumed the Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Horus, making her a Horus Human (ホルス人間, Horusu-Ningen).
Appearance[]
Ain full appearance
Al Khalifa Ain is a woman of medium build standing at five feet and eight inches tall or one hundred and seventy two centimeters, hailing from the nation of Alabasta her skin is slightly tanned, olive in color with long black hair that reaches all the way down her back. As a human, Chimera hybrid Ain possesses some animal traits even though she had retained a mostly human form. Most noticeable being her ears which can be found on the top of her head, sticking up tall their fur is the same color as her hair, tuffs of creme colored fur rest at the base of her ears and make up the color of the fur on her inner ears.
Ain's eyes are a deep red color, surrounded by long dark lashes that end in tipped wings, a neutral expression is often found on her face. According to her comrades her eyes seem to carry a clarity and knowing that has a tendency to put others off, as though she can see right through them. Her small, pink lips often pulled tightly into a resting expression giving off a cold and intelligent demeanor despite her normally friendly attitude.
On duty Ain wears a traditional but slightly altered Marine's coat with large open sleeves seeming to resemble a Wano style haori. Underneath of which she wears a white dress shirt and black tie. Her skirt his leather and worn waist high, weaved with lightweight metal to defend against attacks as well as protect items in the many pockets sewn into the leather. Traditional combat boots are worn over black stocking'ed legs. Combat armor is worn over her forearms and hands to protect them from slashes.

Al Khalifa Ain was born as a hybrid between a Human and a member of the Chimera Tribe, gaining the genetics of both but finding herself inheriting the rare genetics that sees her maintaining a mostly human appearance with some minor animal features. In this case being the large, Jackal ears on top of her head.
Though she does not gain the physical enhancements that would have come from inheritng animal lower body of the Chimera tribe she was able to inherit the enhanced senses of her Jackal Chimera mother. Her hearing and smell are akin to that of a Jackal, several times that of a human's natural ability.
Swordsmanship[]

Twilight style is a form of swordsmanship developed and created by Ain herself throughout her years as a marine. It is a style of swordsmanship that revolves around switching the hand she uses to hold her sword, with each hand along with a two handed grip all being used to completely change her techniques with her right hand representing the sun and involves the usage of strong bladed swordsmanship.
Her left hand representing the moon and the usage of gentle blade swordsmanship, while twohanding her sword bringing about the full power of Twilight style through the usage of a balanced blade style. It was created by Ain to represent the eyes of the sky God Horus, who held the sun in his right eye and the moon in his left.
Devil Fruit[]

The Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Horus is a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to transform into a hybrid or full form of the Sky God Horus. This transformation takes the form of a large Falcon measuring in at about six feet tall with a wingspan of twenty four feet in length. Its large wings allow it glide across the sky, limiting its need to flap its wings and thus, conserving energy while flying long distances. Long, sharp talons hang from its feet like razor blades allowing its user to grab hold of and pick up people and objects from the ground, able to dive at extreme and blinding speeds while still maintaining enough control to swoop and grasp objects without slamming into the ground.
As a raptor type zoan, the Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Horus possess seemingly unnaturally good eyesight, capable of seeing clearly for miles even if low visibility conditions, making note of the slightest movements with their fantastic vision.
As with all Mythical Zoans, the Horus has a mythical ability. This mythical ability is known as "The Eye of Horus" which, when in use, grants the user the power of Divine Sight. The All Seeing Eye of Horus grants the user the ability to see through anything, allowing them to see through objects and walls with perfect clarity as well as powers similar to those of the Giro Giro no Mi, allowing the user to see "through" a person, gaining the ability to see their thoughts, feelings, and even their memories.

Akhet is a Katana styled single edged sword created at the request of Ain by the Marine Science Division, measuring in at fourty inches in length including the blade which measures in at thirty inches from guard to tip of the blade. A specially made weapon, it was fitted with top of the line technology including a biometric scanner which requires Ain's thumb print from either hand to unlock the blade and allow it to be drawn from its sheath. However, beyond that the blade remains anything but conventional, forged as a Zyronium alloy, the blade is not only highly durable but due to the zyronium within it the blade vibrates at high frequencies greatly increasing its natural cutting power as well as giving the blade a low hum when unsheathed.
Mugentei Hikari[]

Mugentei Hikari, also simplified to Hikari by those familiar with the blade, is a Wakazashi formerly held by the late Admiral Yukyu Riko and inherited by Ain as a keepsake in rememberance of her mentor and teacher. Though she herself has never drawn it, Ain keeps it on her person at all times, reminding herself even in her darkest times that light can shine through in the end.
