I would like to propose Caelum Liutas as a Shichibukai.

What does he do?Liutas Liutas is an engineer and part of the Sky Tribe race, a great mind that harnesses dial in applications of all kinds, from everyday objects to advanced weapons and armor. He himself is an avid fighter with a tough, raw physique, a sign of a good portion of his life spent in beating and handling big scrap metal. A good general asset to his island thanks to the power of the pad fruit, with which he helped move large materials around the island or reach various places himself in a hurry to offer his services. Always on the front lines if any evil characters tried to harm the island and its inhabitants. Many years spent in this way greatly evolved his plans, especially in the field of weapons. The leader of the island, first amicably and then showing his true intentions, wanted to take advantage of his creations to make the entire population ready for wars to be declared. Since this was an idea that went against Liutas' mindset, he decided to leave the island and go down into the sea with a clear goal, to disintegrate with his force and weapons all particularly evil pirates, especially those who attacked innocent islands just to plunder.

This lifestyle led him both to help various villages with his inventions not dedicated to warfare, any kind of mechanism that might have helped some people, and to make a name for himself against various pirates all along the paradise and even in an early slice of the New World.

He does not seek money or riches; his goal is to make enough in the world until he can retire to a large island that he has been in charge of for a few years already by becoming both its protector and its mayor, this island is in the first part of new world and it's called Aetherius, it's a bit smaller than dressrosa but way more peaceful (page coming in the next days)

Knowing that the only certain way he could deal with pirates of particularly high evil was to side with the marines, Liutas in 1616-1617 offered his technology for a just cause. Funding from the world government would have made possible large-scale creations of his designs, being able to offer a remarkable power up to regular naval weapons. But that was not the only advantage; his strength and especially his hands were the key to fighting evil. With his power he began to wipe out the bad guys in a fight/victory/capture cycle, but in his case the capture had the unbelievable.

The great example of this cycle occurs in the war of empires. Throwing himself into the great struggle he managed to overwhelm like a beast large numbers of pirates, between the meat of the slaughter and a few pirates of higher rank among the yonko ranks, leaving an extraordinary clean sweep as he passed. How is that, you may ask? Every defeated pirate was sent straight to impel down thanks to the power of the pad pad fruit, this management of the war gave it the nickname "Purgatory Hand."

I would like to request this title for Akutsuno Ryosei's cursed sword, the Tenchi Shometsu, the title would be that of the "Most Cursed Sword in the world".

Navigating through past history, about 200 300 years ago, rituals were performed every day in an ancient monastery, the best Monk there was celebrated as the purification saint, also like Ryosei was passionate about the philosophy of the six paths, karma and the multiple lives a person faces in a cycle of reincarnation. Accompanied by his cursed sword, the Tenchi Shometsu, this Monk performed rituals in order to purify the needy of their negative karma through séances. The reality discovered over time resided in the sword, the devourer of negative karma, although this is only a concept attributed to him since the true name of the skill is still unknown. Between victims who fell at the hands of that sword and the needy looking for an excuse to get rid of their negative feelings, the dark will of this sword flourished to the fullest, it was pure evil, a single wound could unleash the wrath of evil imparting a feeling of terror in its victims, just as in purifications it began to leave in the needy not a sense of relief, but the threat of terrible events should the person do something wrong again. A will that overcame the strong and peaceful mind of the Monk, who fell into the clutches of the sword until he went mad and committed suicide with it. The many aces that passed only served to increase his evil spirit, A sword from the spirit immersed in total evil, it could feel all the negativity of every karmic cycle of people, make it its own and become stronger and stronger. The sword recognized its master, the saint and the demon, the good and the evil that perfectly represents the karmic cycle, calmness in helping those in need, the greatest source of terror in taking down enemies. No one lived to tell the tale, only those who could witness it from afar sensed and said, "Yes...that is the most cursed sword in the world!"

Second part for Akutsuno Ryosei

Asking for Busoshoku internal destruction.

At the age of 10 when Ryosei had already developed good mental strength and perception, he enjoyed sensing the presences of animals around the temple, several times, however, driven by curiosity he ventured out to look for them, ending up against beasts dangerous to him. To deal with this problem Ryosei began to devote part of his time to swordplay. Turning out to be very refined in its use, he made a style of his own in which his rituals had become actual dances along with the sword, a gentle but lethal style that was extremely precise and swift. Improving over the course of the early years by dint of voluntarily challenging the beasts, Ryosei began to be a true samurai suited to fighting, he liked it too much, and in doing it his way he would not give up his role as a spiritualist either. As time went on, his skills ended up in the public eye, especially the eyes of the great masters who wanted him as a student. Ryosei took advantage of his experiences in various dojos to learn the foundations of different styles that honed everything about his skills, from his mind to his body to his willingness to shine with his personal style. Having become a professional swordsman, he was able to perfectly use Busoshoku for himself and his sword by breaking through the defenses of the greatest fighters.

Coming to the request, the main reasons are several. The first is the actual use of ryou among the great wano swordsmen, it is a strong knowledge passed down so for the best fighters this skill is almost natural. More natural is for Ryosei who with his rituals and meditation has probably one of the best conceptions of "inner energy flow" so he should be perfectly capable of visualizing the use of ryou at the highest level. Finally, his proximity for years with the two shoguns can only make his abilities explode to the maximum to firmly solidify his role as "wano's strongest line of defense"

Future sight request.

From the tender age of 7, this character attended a wano monastery nestled in a forest, initially shyly imitated the rituals he observed, learned prayers and imitated meditation poses. One day, noticed by some monks, he was invited to follow the ceremonies, which in time became a habit. Noting this child's strong inclination for those activities, he was officially invited to join, immediately demonstrating excellent meditation and concentration skills. In time Ryosei was able to enter a deep meditative state by becoming attuned to the nature around him, the wind speaking to him making him feel the nuances of what he touched, the earth with its vibrations making him feel how the world moved around him. He had awakened the very basic Kenbunshoku. Over the next few years this ability of his flourished more and more, especially when his role from a simple monk became that of a spiritualist after eating his devil fruit, which initially allowed him to get small blessings from the rituals he performed. This prompted him to meet many more people, between those who asked for help and those who tried to take advantage of him, this over time increased his skill in Kenbunshoku, allowing him to assess people's emotions and intentions.

Challenged by life , Ryosei chose to combine the way of the sword with his spiritualism, excelling at a very young age by following the advice of the best wano masters. Daily meditation allowed him to hone his mental skills, which served him well from the moment he found in an abandoned monastery his sword, the Tenchi Shometsu, a cursed sword that could be considered the worst of all, weighing heavily on the mind of its user. Studying its history, Ryosei became passionate about the philosophy of the six paths, which was a turning point in improving his meditation and sword skill to levels of strength that caught the eyes of the shoguns. It was under their guidance that Ryosei reached the pinnacle, becoming the greatest wano defender. The countless fights honed his skills; to his Kenbunshoku had been added the ability to gauge the strength of opponents as well as an enormous range of perception. The latter also enabled him to work as a "spy" by assessing presences and sensations of subjects suspected of activities dangerous to wano.

Also fulfilling this role among many, the request to have the future sight would serve for several reasons, prediction of dangerous actions in which he can promptly intervene, reflecting his mental strength in line with the lifestyle he has had for decades and especially in battle, his philosophy being that of the actions performed in the "six paths" by all reincarnations of a person, the duo's concept of predicting the future is to "look at a person's path." The eventual triggering event of the attainment of this ability is a clash left in wano history in which Ryosei alone against too many enemies, in reacting promptly to too many attacks in a long and strenuous encounter, no longer realized whether he was reacting to them or to their intention, realizing only at the end that he could see each one even before it was executed.

Hi guys, i'll start with the request before the description.

1) Oni race

2)Ō-Wazamono Sword (I'd like saijo but that's more for the shoguns or eventually for future plans if possible)

3)Future sight (being him a master in Kenbunshoku and it's his main haki) and internal destruction (or just emission to start if internal is too much. Being him a sword master from wano it's supposed to have it)

His fruit is the Gishi Gishi no Mi, the ritual Paramecia devil fruit the grants different effects and blessings to the user after performing rituals. Being him a swordmaster, he dances in the battlefield, every attack is a ritual itself.

This character in everyday life is a spiritualist (Lore development will come with time). His main role is that of the strongest line of defense of wano (excluding ofc the two shoguns) all the dangers that can reach them have to pass through him before. He's the right hand of the shogun Hiromasa Yuto, he follows his guide while manteining a neutral position for Wano (Yuto wants a closed border Wano while Ise wants an opened border one). The plan is to be the right hand of both shoguns mantaining the neutral position with the only focus on defending wano in every situation, opened or closed, helping with diplomatic stuff too. (Waiting for Aru's answer for the right hand of Ise while Isaac confirmed the position as a right hand of Shogun Yuto and strongest defense of Wano). That's all for now. Thanks

Since it's not taken i'd like to take this fruit for my future character. He will be a late paradise or new world pirate, not a very villain one, more like a selective dude who's against problematic evil pirates, maybe he will try to gain the shichibukai title to fight more of them. Generally he will be a pseudo engineer that creates stuff for himself for now, he's quite the big brain dude but loves also to fight (hand to hand/ weapon) studying ways to use the nikyu not only in the common ways we know. For the fruit he got it during his studies as a young boy enjoying his life in tech oriented island while trying one of his creations (maybe in a hidden room that was reveal after and explosion). Since the fruit can also make the user reach every place quickly he can use that to reach place of interest for different purposes.
