The fruit would work in the following ways:
Physiological capabilities would be those of a standard mythical wolf. Larger form, heightened predator senses, claws, fangs, all the usual.
Mythical ability would be blood manipulation. Due to it being described as a blood-stained guardian of Hel's gate, I believe it would be the most logical ability aside from being a monstrous wolf.
As a word of reassurance, the user will not be able to manipulate blood that is not ‘exposed’. So he cannot contort the bodies of others; however, if they are bleeding out, he will be able to manipulate the blood.
