It is me once again, listen. I will be applying for a Mythical Zoan. The Hebi Hebi no Mi, Model: Hydra

This fruit has no significance to any island and is just that a Mythical Zoan Fruit, the character got lucky in eating. As it is a part of the Hebi Hebi series the character, will be able to transform into a large fucking Snake, increasing their strength, speed, and other abilities.

It has nine heads, and each time one head was cut off two more would grow in its place (this being its mythical ability), but when the user reverts to normal, their head would return to 9 when they transform again. Due to being a snake the user will gain a highly toxic venom and poisonous breath strong enough to inflict pain, its blood will also be poisonous and just its scent alone could prove deadly to anyone.

As with Myth's the user would need all of his heads cut off, and burned, something needs to make it impossible for the user to regrow said heads, and when the final head is cut, boom dead.

AS WE ALL KNOW. I am a Revolutionary Army stand; I haven't made a page mainly because I don't want to put time into something I won't get. Anyway, I have details ready; I couldn't type everything up because my internet was down, and I was on my phone. Enter the Lunarian Azaad (his name means free and liberated in Arabic)

Azaad was raised in hiding with other Lunarians after being hunted and cast out from the top of the Red Line. Azaad appears aloof, introverted, and snarky and often excludes himself from everyday interactions with others, but he does love those deeply whom he calls comrades and family. Azaad learned most of his medical knowledge from his parents; he was born with Hyperthymesia; unlike others, Azaad does not suffer from infantile amnesia, so he can remember details from when he was an infant. In connection with this, Azaad has a great memory, having memorized almost every form of medical knowledge he could acquire and the biology of different species if he read up on their bodies and looked at a diagram.

The Revolutionary Army picked up Azaad at a young; a trader ratted out his village to the world government due to the fact they were living on a government-affiliated island. After an attack was called upon the isle, Azaad's family and almost every last member of the village were killed. Because he was young, the government wanted to take him for testing and to be used as a slave eventually. Fast forward a bit, on the ship he was being transported on, the ship was attacked by the Rev Army, as it carried enslaved people and had an exceptional devil fruit on it. During the chaos, Azaad ended up eating the devil's fruit, and due to being saved, he was invited to join the Revs and was free to go if he didn't want to.

Azaad, with nowhere left to go, agreed to join the Revolutionary Army; he was trained and even helped out as a doctor, eventually learning the truth about that fruit he ate; he grew and aged, slowly coming into his powers due to his fruit, and his ability to remember pretty much everything, he would have been an excellent choice to be a Commander. Azaad himself, even if there are times when he doesn't get along with his comrades, still deeply cares about their well-being and would go to great lengths to keep them safe—an outspoken person with little patience for inconvenience and silliness.

His main reason for continuing to stay with the Revolutionaries was so no child had to suffer the way he did and because he's a doctor at heart and wants to help those in need medically. Another quirk of his is that while traveling the grand line; he is what one will call a traveling cleric, using the powers of his Ope Ope no Mi to heal people; deep down, Azaad is manipulative by nature, using his powers as a way to gain favor with the people he helps, especially those in Kingdoms who don't care about the lower class. Because of this, he can get support relatively quickly.

Lastly, about Azaad, he fights with the Ope Ope no Mi, a Meito (Most likely), and knives that he uses to toss them around and use shambles to teleport. He can always teleport them back.

You already know, Lunarian, rescued by the rev army, has the ope ope no mi, etc etc. Since I was recently told Army Commander is the highest, I'd like the Grandline Position. Because theoretically having this guy in the blues is a bit overkill

This shall be my main character of well, half of my main character as I plan to make a Pirate or Marine at some point, but I guess for the time being I'll be focusing on the revolutionary lifestyle. So lets start with Lunarians, I believe that some Lunarian's escaped, but like King hid their status. My guy, who I still haven't come up with a name for, but I'm getting close.

It will either be one of two situations A. his parents of course escaped with a small group allowing safe lineage, even though the group was small, or B. He's a test tube baby, where they where the government was able to completely replicate a Lunarian, this option has the potential for me to make synthetic lunarians kinda like Vegapunk, with the Ope Ope no Mi, but I'm getting a little ahead of myself there, if you wouldn't like the whole synthetic thing let me know when you go over this application. Other then that, I'll most likely have him saved by the Revs kinda like Sabo, where he worked closely with the doctor at the time, who pretty much taught him everything he knows to optimally use the Ope Ope no Mi.

This is what leads into the whole Revolutionary Part, I want him to have started out as a Rescue, the Revs knowing full well what he was, and accepted him, as they of course believe in the freedom of everyone. This would be passed onto my character, who like the past leader believes that everyone should be free to make whatever decision that want, and not have those who believe themselves to be of high status to dictate the actions of others. This Lunarian, doesn't want just one sole leader, and he prefers it isn't the Celestial Dragons, he wishes for a true democracy, a place where no one is oppressed, and the government will truly look at for the little guy, and not just to those who pay a tribute. Anyway, thats all. My plans will most likely go the route of freeing islands from oppressive nobles, and coming to blows with Marines most likely, I'd prefer not have to rp everything but if I have to so be it.

As you all know, I am Crow and am good at writing detailed reasons why I want something. This will be my first claim, my first character on this wiki. I'll have to make another post on my character because I do things right.

Anyway, let me get straight to the point: I want the Ope Ope no Mi.

I plan to give it to a man named IDK, but I have two ideas.

First - a World Noble and a God Knight (which I know will require much work, which I'm cool with); his entire personality is to eradicate those he deems as lesser beings. He's a bit of a crazy man and believes himself invincible because he obtained the Ope Ope no Mi. His is a group that enjoys experimenting on the human body, making the perfect slaves, testing drugs to help increase the life of the other Celestial Dragons, making weird chimera creatures if possible, etc., and he sees only those that are Celestial Dragons as even existing.

I have a secondary idea that involves a Lunarian, so take that as you will, which may have him as a Pirate or Revolutionary because that's always fun; not much deep into besides as a Revolutionary, he is attempting to free the world, and as a Pirate, he's more trying to show the world that his people aren't gone. I have presented my two ideas for the fruit. Thank you for your time, sincerely Crow.
